LTR designs, assembles and makes five different ranges of wire tensioners available to customers, in turn divided into at least 3 brake sizes based on the range of wire diameters they can handle, and three special wire tensioners for thick and flat wires.
The customer can choose from four types of brake technology:
1) Mechanical brake
2) Open loop electromagnetic brake
3) Closed loop electromagnetic brake
4) Electromagnetic brake operated with 0-10V
Upon request, any product feature can be customized according to customer production needs.
